Lesley Cedano
Lesley Cedano has been part of the MentorKids family for six years, beginning her journey as an Assistant Teacher before growing into her current role as Program Manager. Her progression reflects both her dedication to the students she serves and her commitment to leadership rooted in care, consistency, and growth.
Lesley is passionate about creating safe, engaging, and life-giving spaces where students, staff, and volunteers can learn and thrive together. She is especially excited about the recent organizational transitions at MentorKids and the opportunities they create for collaboration, development, and long-term impact. Grateful for the supportive team she works alongside, Lesley credits their guidance and encouragement as an important part of her own growth. She also extends special appreciation to Alejandra Arellano for helping the team step out of their comfort zones and for bringing joy and energy into everyday work.
Outside of MentorKids, Lesley is happily married to her husband, Jesus, and they share life with their French Bulldog, Blue, as they prepare to welcome a baby. As MentorKids continues to grow, Lesley is excited to see how God uses these transitions to equip both current and future staff and students for what lies ahead.
