Join Our Team
Work that's measured in years, not moments.
MentorKids is a growing, faith-based nonprofit that equips and empowers youth to become transformative leaders in their lives, families, and communities.
Across six Promise Neighborhoods in the Phoenix area, we walk alongside students year-round — providing programming at no cost to students and their families while supporting academic and spiritual growth, developing leadership, and building the consistent relationships that help young people thrive over time.
It takes a committed team to make that possible. Some of us work directly with students — teaching, coordinating, mentoring, and showing up day after day. Others build the partnerships, resources, and systems that sustain that work. Every role contributes to the same goal: creating the kind of long-term consistency that helps students grow into leaders who invest in the students coming up behind them.
