Steve Miller
Steve is married to his lifelong partner and wife, Amber Miller, and deeply enjoys his relationship with his stepson, Austin. They met when Steve was a senior leader in the U.S. Army. He has a combined 5 deployments to the Middle East and Central Asia. While Steve was away, Amber was a mentor and role model to the loved ones and families of his soldiers.
Steve works for QTS Data Centers, owned by Blackstone, as a Cost Manager for +$1bn in real estate development. As an entrepreneurial leader, he is leveraging his Executive Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program to create an enterprise strategy map, with balanced scorecards and KPI's, for QTS Data Centers.
He is an Executive Mentor for students and graduates of the Doctorate Strategic Leadership at Regent University's School of Business & Leadership, where he also holds his Doctorate Strategic Leadership. Steve is an opt-in, invitation-only, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member. The HBR Advisory Council is an online research community for business professionals to share insights, preview content, and help share HBR’s articles, books and future direction. As a lifelong learner, he holds a Bachelor of Social Science from BIOLA University and an Executive MBA from Washington State University.
